You’ve certainly seen a painting from Pietro Fornasetti once in a lifetime. Can you remember his  black and white women’s portraits?

He has been one of the most eclectic people of the Twentieth Century’s Italian design, an architect but also an artisan and a designer.

He designed furniture, ceramics and other works featuring a portrait of Lina Cavalieri, the opera singer.

In Corso Matteotti there’s a store which Barnaba, his son, dedicated to his father, whose style keeps on being reproduced.

Don’t miss the entrance at Teatro dell’Arte in the Triennale Gallery, painted by Fornasetti.
